CONCESSION INFORMATION

Concession status applies to Pensioners holding a Centrelink Card and Full Time Students aged 16 years (at 01/03/12) and over. Appropriate Proof of Concession must be available for display on ground entry. Concession prices are not available to seniors or unemployed. Junior Members must be under the age of 16 on the 1st of March 2012.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Members who do not advise the Knights of a change of address will be charged an additional $20 if a replacement Membership Pack/Card is required.

DELIVERY OF MEMBERSHIP PACKS & CARDS

Membership Packs will be posted to Members from December 2011. Members with reserved seating will be mailed their Membership Card separately to their Member Pack. Membership Cards with reserved seating will be posted in mid February 2012.

MEMBERSHIP ENQUIRIES

During the Membership Campaign, the Membership Team experience high volumes of phone, counter and email enquiries. The Membership Team will have a dedicated 'Frequently Asked Questions' (FAQs) web page that is updated regularly.

GENERAL

Under no circumstances will 2012 Memberships be refunded. The content of this Membership brochure and accompanying forms were correct at the time of printing and the Club is not responsible for any omissions, errors or changes that may occur.

Confirmation will be sent via email only. If we do not have your email address and you would like confirmation, please provide an email address to us or contact the Membership Team.

VENUE REGULATIONS

SEAT CHANGES/ALLOCATION

The seat change/allocation process is a complex task that takes several weeks to complete. The Membership Team will always do their utmost to satisfy requests. Please note that we cannot accommodate every request. It is not our policy to phone Members to discuss seating options so we ask Members to list multiple seating options. It is very important to submit your seating request at the time of purchasing your Membership.

MEMBERSHIP EMAILS

The Membership Team send regular emails with updated Team and Club information. If you haven’t registered your email address with the Knights, you can update your Member profile online using your username and password, or call the Membership Team.

MEMBER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Knights Members are expected to adhere to the Member Terms & Conditions, which can be found at www.newcastleknights.com.au. Members requesting a hard copy of the Terms & Conditions should contact the Membership Team. The Club reserves the right to cancel Membership at any time if, in the Club's opinion, a Member engages in disruptive behaviour which is deemed prejudicial, or likely to be prejudicial, to the interests or reputation to the game, Club, NRL, or any of their sponsors.

COMPANION CARD

The Newcastle Knights recognise the Companion Card NSW Program. Companion Card holders are eligible for entry to Newcastle Knights home games, but are ineligible for Member benefits.

THE CRUSADE MEMBER SEATING

Members wishing to sit with The Crusade should purchase a Community Reserved Membership and select Crusade (Bay 9) as the seating option.
